Questions, answered
- Is this really a one-time payment?
- Yes. Each plan is billed once at checkout. We never store a card on file and there is nothing to cancel later.
- How soon is my server ready?
- Orders are provisioned by hand, usually within a few hours. Your dashboard shows the server as Pending until the hostname, IP address and credentials are filled in, and you get an email the moment it goes live.
- How do payments work?
- Checkout is hosted by Shopify, so your card details never touch our servers. You will get a Shopify order confirmation by email plus a receipt in your dashboard.
- Can I get an invoice for my company?
- Every order has a receipt page with the itemised total, and the Shopify order status page linked from it can be printed as an invoice.
- What if I need something bigger?
- Reply to your order confirmation email and tell us what you need. Custom builds are quoted individually.
